Tour & Events Manager - Philippa Wisniewski
The role of the Concert Manager largely involves the organisation of the society's inaugural international tour. The duties of the Tour Manager include arranging multiple performance venues and a group event, as well as booking accommodation and transport and other arrangements. The job involve liaising with the Artistic Directors and various committee members, and also with a number of other societies, the Activities Zone staff and the Music Department. This role also covers the organisation of a few smaller scale events, not covered under the roles of Volunteering or Concert Manager, such as singing at university memorial services, or external requests for weddings or funerals.
Philippa is a Computer Sciences student currently on a placement year.
